Lawsuit Claims BK’s Whopper is Smaller Than Advertised

A South Florida lawyer has served up a lawsuit alleging that Burger King has misled customers over the true size of its Whopper.

The suit, filed by Anthony Russo, argues that Burger King began inflating the size of its burgers in commercials and advertisements around September 2017.

The lawsuit specifically singles out BK’s famous Whopper, saying the entire burger is 35% smaller in real-life than what is shown in ads.

“Burger King does not comment on pending or potential litigations,” a Burger King spokesperson said in response.
