The Louisiana Swine Festival is happening November 4^th, 5^th, and 6^th in Basile. Everything gets started Friday with a Kiddie Fair Saturday morning bright and early is the Pork Cookoff, the fair opens at 10AM, the Queen’s Boudin Eating Contest, and Greasy Pig Contest, Entertainment on all weekend from Holly O and Jordan, Geno Delafosse, One Trick Pony, Don Fontenot and Friends of Louisiana Clay Cormier and The Highway Boys.
